The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business
-
How do we clean carpets? We use a combination of high pressure steam, and pre spray to loosen up dirt and grime. Whats left behind is a small amount of moisture and fresh clean carpets!
-
What kind of solutions or chemicals do you use?We use environmentally safe and non-toxic solutions. We use the latest, top-of-the-line products that are safe even for people with allergies. Proper professional carpet and upholstery cleaning will remove soil and contaminants which improves the quality of indoor air and reduces allergens.
-
How should I prepare for your arrival? Please ensure that all items such as toys, coins, and pins are picked up from the floor before our team arrives. This helps us to work efficiently and safely.
-
Do you move furniture during carpet cleaning?Yes, we generally move sofas, tables, and chairs. However, we do not move beds, dressers, china cabinets, pianos, or electronics. Please ensure any breakable items are moved from the carpet before our arrival.
-
How often should I have my carpet professionally cleaned? It depends on how much activity you have in your home and how much traffic your carpet gets. Usually the carpet nearest to the front door is the one that gets the most traffic. We recommend Professionally Carpet Cleaning should be done every 10 to 12 months.
-
How are air ducts cleaned?Cleaning air ducts involves removing all registers and thoroughly cleaning them with compressed air and a strong vacuum. We also clean the furnace thoroughly and ensure the filter is properly fitted.
-
How often should I clean my air ducts? There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Generally, you should clean your air ducts after purchasing a new home, especially if the previous owners smoked or had pets. Additionally, check your registers for excessive dust buildup that could reduce airflow.
-
Why is it important to clean my dryer vent?Dryers generate high heat and require good airflow to function properly. Over time, lint can build up in the dryer exhaust, limiting airflow and potentially causing the lint to ignite. We recommend inspecting and professionally cleaning your dryer vent at least once a year to prevent fire hazards.
