The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How do we clean carpets?
    We use a combination of high pressure steam, and pre spray to loosen up dirt and grime. Whats left behind is a small amount of moisture and fresh clean carpets!
  • What kind of solutions or chemicals do you use?
    We use environmentally safe and non-toxic solutions. We use the latest, top-of-the-line products that are safe even for people with allergies. Proper professional carpet and upholstery cleaning will remove soil and contaminants which improves the quality of indoor air and reduces allergens.
  • How shall I prepare before you arrive?
    Make sure that everything has been picked up from the floor, such as toys, coins, pins, etc.
  • Do you move furniture?
    Please ask us. We will generally move sofas, tables and chairs. We do not move beds, dressers, china cabinets, pianos or electronics. You should move any breakable things from the carpet.
  • How often should I have my carpet professionally cleaned?
    It depends on how much activity you have in your home and how much traffic your carpet gets. Usually the carpet nearest to the front door is the one that gets the most traffic. We recommend Professionally Carpet Cleaning should be done every 10 to 12 months.
  • How Are Air Ducts Cleaned?
    Cleaning Air Ducts is a more involved process, with all registers removed and cleaned thouroughly with compressed air and strong vacuum. We will also clean the furnace thouroughly and ensure filter is fitted properly.
  • How often should I clean my Air Ducts?
    There is no simple answer to this question. Typically, clean Air Ducts after purchasing a new home, especially if the previous owners smoked or had pets. Also check your registers for excessive dust build up that could be reducing airflow.
  • Why should I clean my Dryer Vent?
    Dryers generate very high heat, and require good airflow to work properly. When a dryer is ran for an extended period without inspection, lint could build up in the dryer exhuast and begin to limit air flow. At some point the lint could heat up sufficiently enough to ignite. We recommend at least inspecting it yearly, at which point it would be best to have profesionally cleaned.
